Quick BBQ Sauce
Believe it or not, I ran out of my favorite Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce while trying to make a super easy dinner this week. Since BBQ sauce is really just ketchup with some additional spices, I whipped this up quickly. Thought someone else may need it.
Tips:
Buy a rotisserie chicken or better yet, the pulled rotisserie chicken from Costco and make easy BBQ chicken sandwiches.
Quick BBQ Sauce
Makes about 1 cup
PREP 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup ketchup, I like Heinz
2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
1 tablespoon white-wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl mix all the ingredients. That’s it!
